Its very nice to be part of HRM. Presently i'm working in construction company, as per the law we have completed the contract labour and interstate migration registration. I would like to know what are the other activities which we should follow. I came to know construction comes under shop act, but i could not get much details on it. Is there any one with whom i chat or to provide me a detailed information on it. Do prescrible the book to be followed.
